Why Northwest Bed Centre?
We pride ourselves on the quality of the service that we provide to our customers from placing an order right through to delivery
For deliveries of furniture and other large items in the North West of England we use our own fleet of vehicles and dedicated delivery team to transport your purchases to your home, if you live outside of our local delivery area we often use specialist 2 man courier companies to ensure you get your purchase delivered on time every time.
Most items are boxed and packaged professionally, more often than not with a double layer to guarantee a safe delivery of your purchase.
We will not assemble or take any item to room of choice unless pre-booked and paid for, our delivery team do not handle any monies.
In your home
All of our staff undergo thorough training in transportation and handling of high value goods so your purchases arrive in excellent condition. We care about your home just as much as you do and will leave it in the same clean and tidy condition as it was when we arrived.
All of our teams carry hand sanitiser, face masks and overshoes (Please do not be afraid to ask our team to wear overshoes if you have just had new carpets fitted)
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that your chosen purchases are suitable for your room of choice and that they fit in the room and can be carried into and through your home.
Northwest Bed Centre cannot accept responsibility if your item does not fit into your property.
Delivery and Transport
We will contact you when your goods are ready for delivery and we will arrange a convenient delivery date and time with you.
On the day before your delivery is due to take place, if we have your mobile number, we will send you a text to remind you of your delivery time. On the day of your delivery, our delivery team will give you a further call when they are on route to your home so that you will know exactly when to expect them at your door.
Please contact us as soon as possible if an urgent situation arises and you need to re-arrange your booked delivery date or time.
Please Note: After the delivery date is confirmed by text, email or telephone it is very important that someone is at the address to take delivery,

Items marked as ✔ In Stock are being delivered within 2-4 working days (Local Delivery Area Only) In stock items outside of local delivery area are 10-14 working days.
All other items are being delivered within approximately 10-14 working days
If you need an item urgent please contact us via the contact us page or call us on 0151 558 0595 in which we will try to endeavour your request.
Deliveries to Scotland and South of England may take a little longer, where possible please allow us up to an additional 10 working days on the timeframes above.
Learning from bad experience with national courier companies, we no longer use national couriers for any of our items, We use our own fleet of vehicles as well as an independent courier company in busy periods, Using our own fleet of vehicles and specialist couriers allows us to be in control of all of our deliveries and make sure your goods are handled with great care to avoid minimal costs to our business.
Deliveries are carried out Monday to Saturday, with an exception of some bank holidays. Unfortunately we do not allow our customers to specify certain delivery days as we deliver per area.
We are currently offering UK wide delivery to all of our customers at a cost of £49.95 in mainland GB, Unfortunately we do not deliver to the Channel Islands or Ireland.
Failed Delivery Fees
If you have had your delivery booked in with ourselves and you miss the delivery, there will be a £30 re-delivery surcharge for the first item and a £10 surcharge for each additional item (I.E Bed Base, Mattress and Headboard would total to £50.00)
Item Sizing & Bespoke Orders
All sizes are visible on our website for customers of Northwest Bed Centre to view before making a purchase, If your items do not fit into your property Northwest Bed Centre hold the right to refuse a cancellation due to the costs outlaid to the company already. Everything is made to order and if the item does not fit but has been paid for then there will no monies returned to customer.
