Terms and Conditions of Northwest Bed Centre LTD

Please be aware before placing an order and agreeing to our terms and conditions we are based in Liverpool, Merseyside and cover a UK wide area using our own in-house fleet of vehicles and specialist couriers due to the size of furniture items we are unable to provide a tracking number.
Our preferred courier partner is:
HUMAC ASSOSICATE SUPPLIES based at Huson House, Stoney Lane, Mirfield, West Yorkshire WF14 0DX
Placing an order:
When placing an order you will be bound to these terms and conditions, please read them carefully.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure order is correct via the order confirmation email and that colours and sizes are correct.
Northwest Bed Centre will not accept any returns for beds that do not fit as they are made to order to customers specifications.
Northwest bed centre hold no responsibility if any item of furniture is too big to enter the property and we cannot accept responsibly for any damage to property. 
Unfortunately any mattresses bigger than 5ft kingsize will no longer be taken upstairs by our team who to several personal injuries to our team over the past few weeks, it will be solely the customers responsibility to get the mattress up the stairs.
All items must be checked upon delivery, Any damages reported after 48 hours will not be accepted as damages could of occurred after delivery.
Customers who live in apartments or high rise flats, we will only deliver to communal enterances due to the time factor involved in the job. Our staff are allocated set times per job. 
If no selection of preferred drawer side is made upon order we will contact you, failing to get in contact with us will result in your order being delayed.
Delivery Times are currently 10-14 working days from placing an order, You will receive a call from our delivery team once your bed has been made and is in our warehouse to arrange delivery of your new items. Please be patient and pay attention to the 10-14 working days waiting time.
Northwest Bed Centre hold to right to charge a £30 call out fee, the fee will be refunded in full if there is a manufacturers defect.
This charge must be paid in full by card payment before we attend.
If you wish to cancel your order before delivery a charge of 10% will be administered to the refund due to the time factor involved in processing your order and making necessary arrangements for delivery i.e taking orders to our specialist courier company for them to forward to you the customer.
Due to items from Northwest Bed Centre being made to order, all cancellations will be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% as these items will of been commissioned by the factory and manufactured.
By Agreeing to these terms and conditions you are entering into a contract with Northwest Bed Centre.
