I have not received my order confirmation email?
If you have not received your order confirmation email, please ensure that you have checked your junk or spam folders, We will also send you a confirmation SMS message containing your order number. Some email providers sometimes filter the confirmation emails into spam or junk folders.
If you still can't find the email, please use the contact us page and we'll be happy to send you another order confirmation.
My ottoman bed will not close?
If you have just built your Ottoman bed and it won't close this is not unusual.
The pistons are designed to stop the bed suddenly closing, this is a safety feature so that you do not get trapped underneath.
When first built they can be stiff and when you first close the bed you will need to put the mattress and some weight on the bed to push it closed.
Can I return an item that doesn't fit into my home?
Due to all of our beds being made to order, we are unable to accept any returns unless the bed is faulty or damaged. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the item they are ordering fits into their property.
I have received my Bed/Mattress and it is damaged
If you have received a damaged product please call us on 0151 558 0595 or email us with photographic evidence and we will get a replacement to you as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to items from Northwest Bed Centre being made to order, all cancellations will be subject to a cancellation charge of 25% as these items will of been commissioned by the factory and manufactured.
As part of our delivery service, upon arrival our drivers must check your new furniture with you/ This process ensures complete peace of mind.
On the extremely rare occasion that a fault is discovered post delivery, please rest assured it will be dealt with promptly.
