We currently have an estimated turnaround time of 10-14 working days from the day after your order was placed.

We use our own fleet of delivery vehicles, at busy periods we may use specialist courier companies to help fulfil our orders.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

Of course, You will be responsible for returning the item to us, Once we recieve the item back to us we will inspect it and issue you a refund minus our 25/% restocking fee.

All of our beds and mattresses come with a 1 year manufactuers warranty.

Unfortunately this does not cover malicous damage and our technicans will need to inspect your item beforehand.

No need for paperwork, simply have your order number to hand when contacting us.

If you have not received your order confirmation email, please ensure that you have checked your junk or spam folders, We will also send you a confirmation SMS message containing your order number. Some email providers sometimes filter the confirmation emails into spam or junk folders.

If you still can't find the email, please use the contact us page and we'll be happy to send you another order confirmation.

If you have just built your Ottoman bed and it won't close this is not unusual.

The pistons are designed to stop the bed suddenly closing, this is a safety feature so that you do not get trapped underneath.

When first built they can be stiff and when you first close the bed you will need to put the mattress and some weight on the bed to push it closed.

Due to all of our beds being made to order, we are unable to accept any returns unless the bed is faulty or damaged. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the item they are ordering fits into their property.

If you have received a damaged product please call us on 0151 558 0595 or email us with photographic evidence and we will get a replacement to you as soon as possible.
